There are two main access points to reach Hinoba-an, namely: Bacolod City, Capital of Negros Occidental and Dumaguete City, Capital of Negros Oriental. Brazaville can be reached by land from both cities. But if you are from outside Negros Island, the access points can be reached from Manila, Cebu or Iloilo.

From Manila to Negros:

Several airlines like Cebupacific, Air Philippines and Philippine Airlines have daily flights from Manila to Bacolod and Dumaguete.

Take a Ceres Bus Liner – nonaircon service starts at 2.30am, then every 45 minutes until 8pm and travel time is five hours. Ceres Bus Liner air con service starts at 8am, last trip at 4pm. Travel time is about four hours.
 

 
   
From Cebu City to Negros:
From Cebu City you can reach Dumaguete at Negros Island by fast ferry boat .
 
 
   
From Bacolod to Hinobaan:
Busses from South Terminal of Ceres Liner. Busses run every 30 min. via Kabankalan to Hinobaan. The drive takes about 4 to 5 hours and costs approx. 200 pesos. From the Hinobaan Terminal, sms Brazaville and will have a pick up arrange. The resort is a 150 meters from the station.

There are also taxis from Bacolod to Hinobaan and Brazaville available. It costs approx. 3800 to 4000 pesos and it lasts about 3 hours.
 
   
From Dumaguete to Hinobaan:
Buses to Hinobaan leave Dumaguete every hour from Ceres Bus Terminal along the coast via Bayawan then Hinobaan

Itīs takes around 6 hours trip and costs approx. 200 pesos.

A taxi from Dumaguete to Hinobaan costs appox. 3800 pesos and the drive takes about 4 hours. You will pass Brazaville Beach Resort upon reaching Hinobaan
